Jobs-ODF uses My Profile to provide registration and sign-in services. If you create a My Profile account, you are simultaneously registering with Jobs-ODF and opening a My Profile account. Your resume data in your My Profile account and any other information that you provide during your job application will be made available to the companies you are applying to.

Usage of your Personal Information
Personal information submitted by you will be used for the sole purpose as when you give us your permission, or under these circumstances:

. Your data in your My Profile account and any other information that you disclose during your job application will be made available to the companies you are applying to when you apply for jobs through our services.

. Potential companies of your choice may retain a copy of your resume in their own files or databases.

. Should any corporation request to write a success story on you, and if you agree to post your material on this site, you should be aware that any personal identifiable information you submit can be read, collected, or used by other users of this site and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Jobs-ODF will not be responsible for any such unsolicited messages.

. Jobs-ODF observes the process of law and will establish or exercise our legal rights or defend ourselves against legal claims. If required by the law, your information will be released in order to investigate, prevent or act on illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person. Jobs-ODF is not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of resumes by them or by any third party that could be related to or associated with these companies. Jobs-ODF will not be responsible for any personally identifiable information you may choose to submit in these success stories.

Managing your Personal Information
You may go to the My Profile account page to view, edit or delete your personal information and preferences at any time. During your log in, you will be prompt to enter an ID and password. This security safeguard prevents someone else from making choices about the usage and control of your personal information. If you do not have a My Profile account, you can create one now by clicking here.

Opt Out You may delete your My Profile account at any time via the Delete the Account. All your personal information will be erased from our database upon completion of the deletion process.

In the event Jobs-ODF goes through. You will be notified by email of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information and can choose to opt out from the database. Security technologies and procedures are also in placed to protect the security of your personal information.

The Usage of Cookies
